Ultima 6-Speed Builders Kit for 1990-Later Big Twin 5-Speed and 6-Speed Models
Features: Roller Detent for smoother shifting, Steel shift forks, Precision Ground 8620 Gears and shafts and Chrome Plated Billet Trap Door
The Ultima Six Speed Builders kit was designed to provide a simple, low cost, 6 speed overdrive solution for 1990/L Big twin owners
These kits work in most 1990-1999 models with little or no modification
A speedometer recalibration unit is required on some 1996-2000 and all 2001 later models
These kits will work in 5 spd type 2000/Later models with additional minor modifications
The trap door is thicker than stock so any brackets used that are trap door mounted may need modification
All Touring FLT and FLH Models 93/L require an oil filler spacer # 60-89-14-77-884-06 or eBay item #

We have heard that these may not work on 2006 Softail models with the 200mm Wide tire

Shipping Policy
Shipping usually occurs 1-3 business days after payment has been received.
KC International (KCInt) uses many different shipping providers and reserves the right to choose the provider on a per order basis. Shipping time may vary based on delivery location, size of package and any unforseen circumstances. If there is a issue with your order we will try to contact you as soon as possible.
Additional shipping costs and delivery time may be necessary for items that ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses via USPS, this may add additional shipping fees. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and/or VATs and they are not included in our total price. Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars only. In some parts of the country it is illegal to receieve or use some of our products. It is up to the customer to determine the items that are illegal in your area.

Return Policy
RETURN INFORMATION
Any item
(except special orders)
may be returned for full credit within 14 days of your purchase. Item must be unused and in sale-able condition. Non-stock items may be subject to manufacture restocking charges. Buyer must notify KC International Motorcycle supply (KCInt) within 3 days of delivery if product was damaged or had missing parts. All returns must include all hardware and in original condition and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We will not refund any item that was damaged due to assembly or by incorrect installation.
KC International Motorcycle Supply (KCInt) is not responsible for any charges for labor, repairs, materials, down-time or lost profits due to returning any merchandise. Returns due to customer error will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
(All shipping costs to return item will be paid by the buyer)
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Before returning any item, please notify us so that we can provide you with a
Returns Merchandise
Authorization (RMA)
and we will give you specific instructions on how to proceed with your return.
(No returns can be accepted without authorization).
To speed authorization, please provide us with the invoice number, order number, and order date when you call.
All shipping and handling fees will not be returned in any case.
